I started back on the Body for Life pogram today. I am not doing the full 12 weeks. When I go home with my parents it is hard to be picky about food because I don't buy the food. Plus...CHRISTMAS!
But the next 3 weeks...I can get my tummy shrunk back. The amount I CAN eat is amazing. It's way too much. And I can maybe lose a few pounds to make me feel better about myself on my break, a time I really need to enjoy....for my mental health.
BFL works for me for a couple of reasons...focus on exercise, eating small bits lots of times, and the freeday. Those things make me actually stick to it.
I think the gaining of my weight back is adding to my current depression. The lack of exercise isn't helping, either.

I've kept my own recipe blog for a while now trying specifically to collect healthy recipes that star vegetables and fruits and, as a plus, include protein if possible.
